ATD Cascadia

Case Studies

Since 1947, the Cascadia Chapter of the Association of Talent Development (ATD) has been supporting workplace learning and performance professionals in Oregon and SW Washington.

We partnered with the ATD Cascadia chapter to design and develop a Curriculum Training Series for members, non-members, and entry-, mid-, and senior-level professionals. The goal is to implement a creative, engaging learning series with the ATD Competency Model™ as its foundation.

The Foundational Competencies eLearning course is the first course in the series. High-level modules provide an overview of the Talent Development industry and learning solutions common to the profession. Each module is story-based, interactive, and self-directed:

  • Industry Knowledge Overview
  • Industry Basics
  • Industry Solutions

Industry terminology is hyperlinked with definitions throughout the course. Learners can complete the course at their own pace – as one full course or as mini-modules.
