We created a global leadership development program targeted for leaders with the primary goal of building Multi-Store Leader bench strength.
Using a design thinking approach, combined with hours of global phone interviews and field observations, the project team created ELEVATE, a four-month leadership development experience organized into four distinct parts – three-week online interactions, five-day instructor-led workshop, nine-week on the job practice, and a four-week work assignment. The goal of the program is to:
- Reduce the learning curve in the transition to multi-store management
- Activate leadership skills through field experiences
- Bring strategy to life
