Challenged with bringing sales training to life, we used a combination of Vyond animation and Articulate Storyline 360 to build interactive learning for Viewpoint’s sales team.
The animation in the eLearning really enhances the story-telling approach, making the learning both educational and engaging.
Viewpoint identified nine industry personas, including CFO, Business Analyst, IT Director, Service Manager, and Controller, that they wanted all employees to recognize. Each persona is presented in their own module with the goal that learners are able to describe the typical day of each persona, identify the challenges they face, the common technology they use, and identify one workflow that each persona cares about.
This 11-module eLearning course helps the sales team build credibility and connection with customers as well as develop a thorough understanding of customer challenges.
