Get in the game with operational values

Rose Quarter / Portland Trail Blazers

Case Studies

Rose Quarter was looking for an interactive way to further integrate their four operational values into the work of all Rose Quarter staff and employees.

From 12 station-based activities, participants engage in four activities of their choice. Each activity centers around learning how the four operational values impact Rose Quarter guests and their peers.

At the conclusion of the learning experience, learners take away at least one thing they can do to implement the four operational values into their interactions with guests and peers back on the job.

Materials are scalable and designed to be rolled out to all Rose Quarter staff and employees.

The Rose Quarter includes the 20,000-seat Moda Center, 12,000-seat Veterans Memorial Coliseum, 6,500-seat Theater of the Clouds, 40,000-square foot Exhibit Hall and the Rose Quarter Commons. Home to the NBA Portland Trail Blazers, the Moda Center is a $267 million multi-purpose arena that opened in the fall of 1995. The WHL Winterhawks play in Veterans Memorial Coliseum, which opened in 1961 and served as the original home of the Trail Blazers.
